Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).
Combine oatmeal, nuts, brown sugar and margarine in food processor. Process approx. 30 seconds.
Press onto bottom of 23 cm (9 inch) springform pan. Bake at 180 C (350 F) for 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese and 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar in bowl. Add eggs and mix with electric beater. Spread mixture over base. Mix apples with 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar and 30 ml (2 tablespoons) flour. Pour in BACARDI Spice rum and toss. Arrange apples evenly over cream cheese filling.
Sprinkle apples with walnuts. Cook in oven 40-45 minutes at 220 C (425 F). Cool and serve with heavy cream if desired.
