Contributed by: Mohammed Al fari A middle eastern Chocolate dessert. This is an alternative Habirim recipe, much quicker then the original but almost as tasty. A very tasty chocolate dessert. Ingredients:
Directions: Break the chocolate apart. Boil the cream. Add the chocolate. When you have a smooth cream, add the vanilla sugar and liqour. Pour the cream in a baking tin. Let it cool and stiffen. Slice the stiff chocolate cream in squares. Roll the squares into balls. Roll the balls in chocolate powder, or more vanilla sugar if you prefer that. Freeze them for later use. They are best served ice cold with ice cream or room tempered. Serving Size: Makes 25 Servings |
