Grilled Grapefruit with Bacardi Spice Rum

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 grapefruit per person
  • A little brown sugar
  • 7 mL (1/2 tablespoon) Bacardi Spice rum
  • Strawberries

Directions:

Slice the grapefruit in half. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each half.

Garnish with a strawberry. Sprinkle Bacardi Spice rum on top.

Place under the grill or broiler for a few minutes.
