Lemon Bars

These are so easy to make. They are always a hit at potlucks!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • lemon ready to spread frosting

Directions:

Combine the lemon cake mix, pie filling and eggs and beat together.

Spread in a greased jellyroll pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Cool completely.

Frost with ready to spread lemon frosting.

Cut into bars.
