Terrific Trail Mix

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) crisp rice cereal
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) toasted oat cereal circles
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) wheat squares cereal
- 1 cup (250 mL) old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) toasted wheat germ
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) honey
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 pkgs (170 g each) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried
Cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Combine honey, sugar and oil in a
separate mixing bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes; mix well. Pour over dry
ingredients. Stir thoroughly until dry ingredients are coated. Spread mixture evenly over two
lightly-greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 5 minutes; gently stir mixture.
Bake another 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool completely and loosen from pan;
stir in Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries. Transfer to a large
air-tight container.
Serving Size: Makes 12 cups (3 L)
