(NC) - Start your day on the right foot with a delicious and nutritious banana pancake recipe your whole family will enjoy for breakfast.
In medium bowl, combine mashed banana, So Nice Original soy beverage and maple syrup.
In measuring cup or small bowl, combine flour and baking powder and mix well. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and stir just until smooth. Add sliced bananas, if desired.
Pour a small amount (about 1/4 cup) of batter for each pancake and cook until the tops bubbles. Turn, cook the second side for about 1 minute.
If desired, garnish with some slices of banana, a drizzle of maple syrup and hazelnuts.
