Directions: In a shallow dish, beat together the eggs, So Good Vanilla and cinnamon. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over low/medium heat. Soak bread in the So Good/egg mixture, one slice at a time. Lightly spray the pan with canola oil. Cook each slice of French toast on both sides until browned. Serve with maple syrup.
