Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted cocktail peanuts
Directions:
Cream together peanut butter, butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs until well blended.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture, alternating with milk.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Bake in a 400 F oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 1 dozen
