Tips For Fresh Bread

  • Putting a slice of fresh bread in the cookie jar will help keep cookies fresh. Replace the slice every 2-3 days

  • Placing a slice of soft bread in a package of hardened brown sugar will soften it in a couple of hours

  • Bread should be stored at room temperature, not in the refrigerator, which tends to accelerate staling
