Award winning dressing answers Canadians' plea for "More Extreme Cheese please"
(NC) - In 2002, Canadians consumed almost 300 million kilograms of cheese, approximately 8.8 kilograms per person.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 jar Renee's Gourmet Extreme Cheese Dressing
- 3 Chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 cup Ham, cubed
- 5 cups Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Avocado, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese & blue cheese
- 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Grape tomatoes
Directions:
Grill chicken breasts. Remove chicken from grill, cut into cubes and set aside.
Toss all remaining ingredients in a large bowl with Renee's Gourmet Extreme Cheese Dressing.
Top salad with grilled chicken cubes. Serve immediately.
