Award winning dressing answers Canadians' plea for "More Extreme Cheese please"
(NC) - In 2002, Canadians consumed almost 300 million kilograms of cheese, approximately 8.8 kilograms per person.
Winner of the 2003 'Dressing of the Year' award from U.S.-based Association for Dressings and Sauces and ranked very high as one of 2002 Stagnito Magazine's 'Best New Products', this 'extremely' delicious dressing and dip is low in carbohydrates, and contains no preservatives. It is available in the refrigerated section of the produce department.
Enjoy Extreme Cheese as a topping for baked potatoes or tuna melts or as a dip for vegetables, pizza and chicken wings. For a tasty twist on a Cobb Salad, that originated in Hollywood's Brown Derby restaurant, try this recipe:
Grill chicken breasts. Remove chicken from grill, cut into cubes and set aside.
Toss all remaining ingredients in a large bowl with Renee's Gourmet Extreme Cheese Dressing.
Top salad with grilled chicken cubes. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
