Open Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • left over roast beef or pork
  • Sliced, buttered bread
  • Hellmans Mayo
  • Cheddar cheese - sliced [not too thick]

Directions:

Place sliced meat over the buttered and mayo bread, then place sliced cheese on top.

Bake on oven sheet at 375 F till cheese is melted.
