Ingredients:
Directions: In large nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook onions until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in pork, breaking meat up with wooden spoon. Stir in spice grinder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pork is cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in Memories sauce; cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in carrots. Transfer to serving bowl. Arrange lettuce leaves on large platter. Allow each person to place some of pork mixture on lettuce leaf and garnish with green onion. |
