Best Ever Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 1 bag "President's Choice Gigantico" chicken wings (defrosted)
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup melted butter/margarine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 to 5 tbsp of tabasco sauce
- black pepper to taste
Directions:
In medium sauce pan melt butter or margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for five
minutes.
Set aside a portion of the sauce for dipping .
Put wings into a large bowl or pot and add remainder of the sauce (remember do not overcoat
wings).
Barbecue wings (cooking time approximately 4 minutes a side), or deep fry.
Serve with fresh garden salad or try baked potatoes and use some of the sauce as a finishing
garnish.
