Hamburger Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 each onion, minced
  • 1 each egg, well beaten
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix in order given and shape into round cakes.

Fry in butter until nicely browned.
