The Mango Daiquiri

(NC) - Try this hot new summer drink recipe at your next cottage or backyard party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Of Bacardi White Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Lime juice
  • 4 oz. Mango puree
  • fresh mint sprig

Directions:

In a blender, add rum, lime juice and mango puree. Blend until slushy. Strain into a daiquiri glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
