Tex-Mex Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on one side in nonstick skillet; turn chops and add salsa
to skillet; bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for eight minutes.
Tip:
Top with chopped fresh cilantro or sprinkle with cheddar cheese to serve; serve with hot
cooked rice or corn and a green salad.
Serving Size: Serves 4
