now have a tasty option made with a lactose-free milk alternative that is nutritious
without the soy taste. This recipe for a creamy tasting drink is made with lactose-free Vitamite
100 non-dairy beverages. Vitamite 100 is rich in vitamins, low in sodium and is
cholesterol-free.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Vitamite 100
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle with nutmeg
and serve.
Serving Size: 2 to 4 servings
