Matterhorn Creme Brulee
Prep Time: 4 steps, 20 minutes - Bake Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 pkg. (100 g each) white, milk or dark Toblerone Chocolate Bar
  • 1/2 of a 250 g pkg. softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

MICROWAVE whipping cream in large microwaveable bowl on medium heat for 3 to 4 min. Add -chocolate and cream cheese. Stir with wire whisk until cream cheese and chocolate are melted and mixture is well blended.

WHISK in egg yolks; pour into four (1/2-cup) ramekins. Place in shallow baking dish filled halfway with water.

BAKE at 300 F (150 C) for 45 to 50 min. or until just set in centres. Cool completely, refrigerate overnight.

SPRINKLE each ramekin with about 1 tbsp. sugar just before serving. Broil until sugar melts.
