French Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 12 thick slices of Bread
- Oil, for frying
Directions:
Blend together eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
Slowly stir in flour and baking powder; continue mixing until smooth.
Dip bread into batter, allowing excess to drip off.
In hot skillet, with one inch of oil, fry on both sides until golden brown; drain on paper towels
Top with cinnamon sugar and maple syrup.
Topping:
1-1/2 tablespoons Cinnamon & 3/4 cup Sugar
