Cinnamon Apple Shake

(NC) - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day-so power up a winning performance in minutes with this good meal on-the-go.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold 2 % milk 250 mL
- 1/2 cup applesauce 125 mL
- 1 envelope of Nestlé® Carnation® French Vanilla Instant Bbeakfast
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Directions:
In blender, blend milk, applesauce, instant breakfast, cinnamon and
ice cubes until smooth.
Variation:
Substitute 1 can (295 mL) cold Nestlé® Carnation® French
Vanilla Ready-to-Drink Instant Breakfast for milk and envelope of instant breakfast.
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.
