Chocolate Banana Shake

(NC) - This high-energy shake features flavours kids love - chocolate, banana, and honey - and provides a quick, nutritious start before school!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk 050 mL
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey 15 mL
  • 1 pouch (38 g) Creamy Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
