Directions: Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in blueberries and water; heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir for 1 minute. Pour into greased 11/2-qt. casserole dish. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and flour; cut in butter with knife or fork. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture. Bake at 400{ F until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm topped with ice cream.
